The Core: The ACCLA Framework

Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you ("the student") and GAOJOCHO, Joanna Ramos ("we", "us"). By ticking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

The Core: The ACCLA Framework is an online course with video lessons, activity videos, downloadable templates, a certificate of completion, badges and access to the course community. It is for educational purposes only.

2. Access

• You get 6 months of access, counted from the date of purchase.
• When your 6 months end, your access to the course, the templates and the course community ends.
• Download the templates you want to keep before your access ends.

3. Payment

The price is the one shown at checkout on the day you buy. Your access starts once your payment is confirmed.

4. Your account is for you only

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Don't share your login, and don't let anyone else watch the course through your account. If we find an account being shared, we may close it without a refund.

5. What you can and can't do with the materials

• You may use the templates and frameworks for your own learning and your own client work.
• You may not copy, replicate, recreate, screen-record, download, resell, share, upload or redistribute any part of the course, including the videos, templates, frameworks, activities and written material, in full or in part, for free or for money.
• You may not present the course content, the ACCLA Framework or the templates as your own.
• You may not use the course content to build your own course, program, workshop, coaching offer or digital product.
• All course content belongs to GAOJOCHO and Joanna Ramos.
• By purchasing, you agree to these rules. If you break them, your access ends without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect our work.

6. All sales are final, no refunds

Once your purchase is complete, it is final. Because of the nature of this product, a digital course you get immediate access to, we cannot issue refunds, cancellations or exchanges. This includes changing your mind, not finishing the course, or not using your full 6 months of access.

The only exceptions are billing or access errors on our side: if you were charged twice, or if you can't access the course at all because of a technical problem we can't fix. In those cases, email team@gaojocho.com and we'll make it right.

7. Certificate and badges

You'll receive a certificate of completion when you finish the course, and badges as you complete parts of it. They show that you completed this course. They are not a government license or an accredited qualification.

8. Community rules

The course comes with access to a student community. To keep it a safe place to learn:

• Be respectful. No harassment, bullying, hate speech or personal attacks.
• No spam, selling or recruiting without our permission.
• Don't share other members' personal information, screenshots of their posts, or their clients' details outside the community.
• Don't post course videos or templates in the community or anywhere else.

We may remove posts or remove a member who breaks these rules, without a refund.

9. No guarantee of results

The course teaches methods and frameworks. Your results depend on your own effort, skills, clients and circumstances. We don't promise any specific income, clients or results. The practice clients in the course are examples created for teaching.

10. Your personal information

We collect your name, email address and course progress to give you access, send your certificate, and send you updates about the course. We handle your information in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We don't sell your information. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, at any time by emailing team@gaojocho.com.

11. Changes to the course and these terms

We may update, improve or reorganize the course content at any time. We may also update these terms; the version that applies to you is the one in place when you bought the course.

12. Ending your access

We may end your access without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing your account or redistributing course content.

13. Limitation of liability

The course is provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the course or acting on its content.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
