Refund Policy

The Core: The ACCLA Framework is a digital course you get immediate access to, so all sales are final. This policy is section 6 of our Terms and Conditions.

All sales are final, no refunds

Once your purchase is complete, it is final. Because of the nature of this product, a digital course you get immediate access to, we cannot issue refunds, cancellations or exchanges. This includes changing your mind, not finishing the course, or not using your full 6 months of access.

The only exceptions

The only exceptions are billing or access errors on our side: if you were charged twice, or if you can't access the course at all because of a technical problem we can't fix. In those cases, email team@gaojocho.com and we'll make it right.

Losing access for breaking the terms

We may end your access without a refund if you break these terms, for example by sharing your account or redistributing course content.
